Invisible Ink #Rhyme #Unapologetic

There are bags that rest beneath troubled eyes
There are hardened lines that dress-up her face
A brow that stays furrowed, knotted, and tied
Permanent frustration consuming space
Slightly, she’ll sigh, her thoughts will bring repose
Relaxation will show within plump lips
Unaware, she’ll pinch the bridge of her nose
Her pen, so smooth, will create curves, and dips
Frozen thoughts will leave her without traction
Lingering whispers will be left unheard
A stoic face will mask satisfaction
Many will attempt to translate her words
A plethora of distant emotions
Will lay waste inside permeable veins
Sanity will fight to keep the motion
While insanity will fight to remain
Chaos will consume attempted stanzas
While meters will try for calmness, and peace
Syllables show up, attempting grand ones
While the story being told, reads between
So, what lay hidden within blackened ink?
Invisible tales of a poet’s shrink.

😏 You won’t like it, here. It’s dark. 😏 😌I am unapologetically me. Embrace me, or, let me go. 😌
