Drift away
into my emotions
a world of chaos
set adrift in waves –

The ups and downs
ebbing, and flowing
between dark and light
lulled into complacency –
.
My boat of many thoughts
swaying to the rhythm
of my anxiety
bleak, black surroundings –
.
Teasing me with light
as the mouth of my tunnel
grows microscopically small
yet, here I float –
.
One with the darkness
embraced by my demons
watching the sky
